Disopyramide (Norpace)
If you are taking azithromycin together with disopyramide, your body may metabolize the drugs differently than intended and significantly increase the drug levels in your system. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor your progress and adjust your dose accordingly.
 
Ergot Alkaloids
If you are taking azithromycin with an ergot alkaloid, your body may metabolize them differently than intended and significantly increase the levels of these drugs in your system. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor your progress and adjust your dose accordingly.
 
Theophylline (Elixophyllin, Theo-24, Uniphyl, TheoCap, Theochron)
