Examples of conditions it can treat include ear infections, strep throat, gonorrhea, and urinary tract infections. This antibiotic is approved for use in both adults and children, including very young infants.

Prior to beginning treatment with Amoxil, inform your healthcare provider about any other medical conditions you have, such as kidney disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
