Although many people tolerate
Cipro® (
ciprofloxacin) well, this medication is not free of risks. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience bad side effects from Cipro, such as:
- Hallucinations
- Watery diarrhea
- Yellowing of the whites of the eyes or skin (jaundice).
In most cases, however, side effects of Cipro tend to be minor and either do not require treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.
Some of the more common reactions with this medication include:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea.
